With over 24 years in software engineering and executive technology leadership, I bridge boardroom strategy and hands-on systems architecture. As an independent consultant and VP, Head of Engineering for an AI-enabled decision support platform in insurance and employee benefits, I lead the entire IT and engineering organization and recently architected and launched an AI Employee & Employer Assistant — helping employees make confident healthcare and protection decisions while automating benefits workflows for employers.
Alongside my executive advisory work, I actively build and operate three production platforms: Anter, a managed multi-agent orchestration engine with deterministic routing, MCP integration, and streaming replay; AskInfosec, an AI-powered GRC platform for security questionnaire automation, policy management, and live customer Trust Centers; and Replaytape (AlphaPal), a non-custodial trading research tape for Alpaca with historical bar replay and isolated portfolio sleeves.
From September 2019 to November 2025, I served as Partner and Head of Information Technology at Codehub / Beehive Asia, joining the year it was founded and scaling the engineering team from 2 to 20 while delivering core protection-score calculation APIs for clients like Sherpa in Singapore and major insurers in Thailand.
Previously, I co-founded Coherent Asia (later Axia Corporation in Thailand) alongside the founder of CavalRe, serving as CTO from 2015 to 2019 through our first institutional investment. Earlier in my career (2002–2015), after graduating with a Bachelor in Computer Science from the Technological University of the Philippines in 2002, I spent 13 years building enterprise financial systems and created AccountGo, an open-source accounting ERP for SMEs.
